Meet Jennifer

Hi, I'm Jennifer Zatkovich, founder of Confident Signings.

I've worked in the medical field for over 30 years, including more than two decades as office manager and patient care coordinator for a plastic surgery practice. I've coordinated surgeries and appointments, guided patients through what to expect, and served as their point of contact before and after their procedures, all while protecting their privacy every step of the way.

I've been a notary for over 9 years, and I've served clients independently through Confident Signings since April 2025.

Working closely with people during some of their most personal moments has shown me how much this work matters. These documents might not be called on for years, but when they are, they need to be right. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I want them to know that. Getting it done correctly and treating people well go hand in hand for me, they always have.

In addition to my professional background, I volunteer with hospice, where I've learned what it really means to show up for someone, without rushing, giving them my full attention. I carry that same care into every signing.

The learning never really stops. I'm a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA), trained under Laura Biewer and Jen Neitzel. I rely on the National Notary Association to stay current on notarial laws, industry standards, and best practices, and I stay closely connected with my Nevada notary community.

Why Confident Signings

I believe there's almost always a way to help someone, within the bounds of what a notary can do.

When I'm at the table for a signing, my job is to make the experience feel steady and unrushed, not just to get documents notarized. That means explaining the process clearly and moving at a pace that respects the signer. It also means treating everyone at the table with patience, especially when someone needs a little extra time, and staying attentive to anything that could affect the signing along the way.

I know where the line is between supporting a signing and the unauthorized practice of law, and I stay firmly on the right side of it. If a question comes up that's outside what I can address, I'll help get the right person on the phone so it can be answered on the spot, and the signing can keep moving.
