Meet Jennifer

Hi, I'm Jennifer Zatkovich, founder of Confident Signings.

For more than 25 years, I've worked in healthcare administration and patient care coordination. Working with people every day has taught me the value of patience, clear communication, and genuine personal connection. I've learned how important it is to listen, read a room, and help people feel comfortable throughout the process. Those qualities continue to guide the way I serve clients today.

In addition to my professional background, I volunteer with hospice, where I've seen firsthand the importance of compassion, presence, and treating every person with dignity and respect. Those experiences continue to shape the way I approach my work and interactions with others.

The learning never really stops. I stay actively involved with the National Notary Association and the notary community to keep current with Nevada notarial laws, industry standards, and best practices.

Throughout my career, I've worked closely with professionals, patients, families, and older adults during times when clear communication, patience, and attention to detail matter most.

Today, I support attorneys and other professionals by helping create a smooth signing experience for their clients. I also value the opportunity to assist individuals, older adults, and families with important documents, making the process as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

While a notary's role is clearly defined by law, I try to find a way to help whenever I can, whether that's facilitating the signing process, answering questions, or connecting clients with the right resource for their next step.
